    This did not fit my computer. Also, the store refuses to accept my return even though it was purchased from the store along with curbside pick up. The website states you are accepting returns. Please advise on how to get this resolved.

    I was glad to find a replacement AC adapter and charger at a good price for my old workhorse Dell XPS laptop. The Best Buy reps were helpful in identifying and ordering for me what I needed. But DOS doesn't always recognize the adapter, so I get an error message and recommendation to boot in safe mode about 15% of the time. Also, the cords don't fit tightly, so about 30% of the time, it's not plugged in or charging when I think it is. Still, it works and stays available to keep my ten-year-old baby running, so more plus than minus, all in all.

    The product worked as described. My only issue is the plug could be longer. It's a little short so the invertor doesn't set on the floor when I have may laptop in my lap. So the weight of it causes it to unplug from laptop. If they would add 2 feet to the plug it would be perfect. But because it's short and unplugs from my laptop I can only give it a 3 stars.

    Despite the description saying it would fit a dell xps laptop, it didn't. It had a large male end, the xps needs a small one. Product may be fine, description was wrong.
