Did not match with my laptop from work. I read all description and put model number of my computer. showed this item would match. I'm sure it works but not the size

Dryer works well and is very quiet. Only issue I have is that the tag on feature doesn't seem to be working.

Cord from adaptor is very short. Have to keep adaptor on you desk or the weight of the adaptor pulls on your computer.

Order this on line and it didn't fit!!! I was told and read it should of?? Had to go to the store to get the right fit for my New envy laptop!!!

Firstly i ordered a laptop which came without a charger and then when i asked to either return this or send me a charger i got a run around to contact HP or take the pc to the bestbuy store . ( which is not anywhere nearby ). Secondly when i went ahead to buy a charger i spoke to their sales executive over the chat and he assured me that this charger will fit my laptop but it didnot so now i am stuck with a new charger that doesnt fit. Best buy looks like is running a fulltime scam !!

This was a great add-on for my computer. Now I don't have to get under my desk and unplug the cord each time I want to take my computer home from work. Now I have a power supply at work and home.

I lost the Power Adapter/Charger for my Hp laptop and talked to one of the service Reps about this one. He said it would work for my laptop and I ordered it. Works!! Two days after I received this one, my other one was found..lol but I am going to keep this one as an extra.

I had problems with my original charger, so Best Buy gave me a certificate to purchase this charger. It is cheaper than many other chargers I saw on Best Buy and other places, so I didn't expect too much. While it was working, it has a good length and fits snugly into the computer port. However, the block does get quite hot during use, and the charger stopped working altogether in about 5 months. Overall, good charger, but not the best quality. Might burn out earlier than other, more expensive chargers.
