Did not work for me
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought this for our HP computer. It worked for a day, overheated the computer the next, then after that the computer didn't recognize it and wouldn't charge. Probably a good thing though, it might have wrecked my computer if it had overheated again. It was also very hard to return. The store wouldn't take it back and said I had to call the 888 number. After 45 minutes on hold and several transfers later, they said the store should have taken it back. I went back to the store and waited after she said I couldn't return it again, it took a huddle of 5 people 5 minutes to come up with an override. I don't think I'm shopping at Best Buy anymore.
