I use this as a second power chord. It works properly but sometimes the chord may come loose from the power block. Great price!

Worked for all of two days before it started making weird static-like noises like it has a short in it or something. Didn't feel it was safe to continue using...afraid it might over heat and start a fire.

I put the model number when prompted and this was recommended to me. When I received the charger it absolutely did not fit the laptop. Was sorely disappointed.

I checked with a BB tech before purchasing this unit and gave details regarding my laptop and my current power adapter. I was assured that this Denaq was the appropriate adapter. It isn't, wouldn't fit socket on my laptop. I had to return it and go directly to Dell. I trusted BB and wasted time! Break down ratings are based on if it were the correct unit.

Item description stated it would work on my computer, it did fit but when using the charger I get a notice stating Dell cannot recognize the charger.

This product really works even on any laptop brand especially Dell.
