This video not only has three segments: Arms and Shoulders, Legs and Buns, and Abs, this video has 3 levels of each segment! So instead of thinking I had 3, 10 minute segments, I have 9, 10 minute segments~ Its not the complete workout that I was used to from her Daily Workout tv show, but it gives me a great 10 minutes of target toning.
