I bought this receiver at the recommendation of a colleague. The setup process was a little dated, but overall easy to configure and control. The sound quality was nice. However, it should be known that this unit does NOT allow Bluetooth or AirPlay streaming on the 2nd room. This ultimately was a deal breaker for me and I returned the unit.

Great unit and easy to use. The geek squad did a great job installing our unit.

We have been using this receiver with our surround sound speakers, optoma projector, and Sony DVD player that will also stream Netflix and other apps. Everything works well. My only issue is that every time I turn it on, it tells me to update it but then it says it can't connect to the internet. I just haven't had time to sit down and figure out how to fix it.

Bought a Pioneer and the sound kept cutting out returned and bought this. so happy easy to setup and the sound quality is great.

The tuner amplifier does exactly what it should is simple to operate.

We bought this as a replacement for a very expensive model that had quit working and unknown to us had a feature that we were able to connect our Wii to instead of having to connect it directly to the TV. Unfortunately this product was not set up for that and we had to connect the Wii directly into the TV which left me with a cord hanging down my wall while all the others were concealed behind the wall. Had I known I would have opted for a more advanced receiver. other than that we are happy with it.

Easy to attach cables to. Easy to control with rhe univeesl remote.

I'm sure this receiver is great. However, the purchase of this receiver to replace my existing one has been an absolute NIGHTMARE thanks to the Geek Squad. I had the Geek Squad come out to my house 7 years ago and do a complete set up with TVs, sound system thru out the house, etc... So now, we have to replace the receiver due to a storm a few months ago. 1st, the expert that came to the house recommended the wrong receiver for my system. This was not discovered until the installers came in a week later at 5:45pm (was supposed to be at my house between 8-12noon). He was nice enough to order me the correct one and get me in touch with his boss to ensure Best Buy ate the $200 cost difference. That was on Dec 9th. The new receiver was finally received and installed on Dec 20th after ANOTHER delay by Best Buy. The installer spent at least 1-2 hrs trying to program my remote to work properly. After he finally got it working and left, turns out it is NOT working properly. So again, I have to contact the Geek Squad the very next day to have them come back out. The next available apt on a Saturday was not until January 7th. Same was cancelled and now moved to January 14th due to the possible inclement weather. So... more than 1 month later, after way too much aggravation, time and money wasted taking time off and sitting in my house waiting for the Geek Squad, my system still does not work properly.

This receiver has all the features I was looking for at a good price. Found it on sale 200$ cheaper. Very happy.
