This is an amazing receiver. The person working in the Magnolia area recommended it over an Onkyo. So far there is nothing negative.

After purchasing a 4k tv, realized I needed to upgrade my receiver with HDCP 2.2 technology to ensure compatibility with 4K Ultra HD sources and TVs (all HDMI inputs and outputs are compatible. Has plenty of power pushing my polk towers and my 5 channel surround. Has alot of music features as well including Airplay 2 and HEOS. Always used Yamaha receivers but decided to try Denon and not disappointed. However I could use some more power to drive my speakers. Definitely a great buy.

This receiver works great with my surround sound. This is the second Denon receiver I have had and I would recommend this brand.

Love the denon receiver sounds absolutely amazing especially when you have a movie on with lots of action and bass love it

I haven't had the receiver very long but so far its great!! It is very easy to navigate and setup. I would definitely recommend it!!

This works well, looks killer and sounds great, the only reason for 4 of 5 stars is there is no way to run an amplifier if you have high end equipment that likes the higher wattage

So far I like this receiver. I purchased it to go with an oled tv that is hdr capable and needed an hdr receiver to pass the hdr signal through. I have noticed some audio sync issues but that is fixable

Very much worth the money. This receiver is versatile and easy to operate. Quite pleased with this purchase for the money.

I don't consider myself an audiophile, but I have been extremely satisfied with this receiver. HEOS is a nice feature.

To be transparent, this was my second attempt. First unit froze during installation. Best Buy easily exchanged it and the second unit works nicely.

This is a phenomenal receiver. It packs a lot of power for your average home theater user.

I had to get this one as the one i wanted was discontinued when i made the purchase. It was about 200 more then last years but did not really add anything new.

It’s ok but definently not Yamaha quality. For $800 you can get a Yamaha with more options

I upgraded from an Onkyo receiver I purchased a couple years ago that wouldn't handle the 4k video pass through well and had some other issues that Onkyo refused to address. The picture on my TV was 10x better with this unit from a variety of HD sources. While I didn't like the switch from a universal remote to this one initially, I've grown accustomed to using it now. It is a bit of a pain having to keep up with remotes to everything though. The only other oddity is this unit is markedly quieter than my previous receivers even though the wattage isn't that much different.

This receiver surpasses any expectations I had before purchasing them. Clean, crisp sound!

I like the improvements on the unit but the dialogue volume takes some work to get right.
