    It's a good receiver. However the first receiver we bought, a day or two earlier, had to be returned. We were not told that it had no pre-amp, and hence could bot be used with a turntable. So the service could have been better.

    Since I was not interested in blue tooth or going wireless, this receiver is just what I needed (yeah, I am an old guy). Being smart TV compatible, it is superior to my older Sony receiver that only lasted a decade. I now can understand and clearly hear the vocal sound from movies and cable programs that stupidly have the background music way too loud. Thanks Denon!
