This unit, though it has less power per channel allowed me to hook up 7 different devices and connect instantly with HDMI and analog connections; I am now able to enjoy to the fullest, My Vinyl records, X box, CD and Cassette players!

Product went on and off after 1 hour of using it the 1st time. Heating too much! Had to have it serviced at home but the guy from geek squad was not able to fix it. The guy told me he can't pick it up to return it so I had to call Best buy to reschedule a replacement and reinstallation of a Denon but they said I only have an option to return it or exchange it for another denon and I have to deliver the product to the best buy store MYSELF. So much inconvenience! To think they installed themselves and not being able to replace it at our home is such as a hassle. Maybe they need to test it out for at least 30 minutes before leaving our home on the installation date!

I still have not been able to get my AppleTV remote control the power or volume of this AV receiver.
This is not my first Denon. I have the identical receiver in our Living Room The lower and volume work reliably on that Denon.
I’ve asked Best Buy for help in person at Best Buy. The Geek squad guy said they don’t do that and can’t help. I’m on my own.

If your devices are connected via HDMI ARC, please check to ensure that the HDMI control feature is disabled in both the Apple TV and the receiver. You may simply need to enable it.

This item lacks a built-in equalizer in the front of the unit, a critical omission. Also, the manual lacks clear instructions on how to use the remote to adjust the tone. Overall, the manual needs to be revised and simplified to better meet the needs of users who are not technophiles.
