Sound quality, power and features blow me away. I’m still a little nervous as this is replacing a Marantz that barely outlived the warranty - but the Denon is a lot louder, and has brighter sound. Really happy with the quality

A beautiful receiver that paired beautifully with my Klipsch surround sound system and 75" Samsung Q90T. Can pump out large amounts of power with no signs of having any issues. It does get warm so I added an AC Infinity fan to sit on top as I keep in a cabinet.

Meets my needs. It is good. Has enough to drive my speakers. Has 8k. Has pre-outs.

Amazing receiver! The sound, the power and the features are all incredible. I can't say enough about DENON and how happy am with them! The functionality is easy to comprehend and setup. I have a 9.2.2 theatre setup with three other rooms on zone two! Love this head unit!

Wow made my speakers sound way batter brought them to live.

Have only had it for about 1 month and so far it seems to be performing very well. Heos is a bit wonky and so far I cannot figure out how to get it to allow me to listen to master tracks on my Tidal account. It has a few issues playing blu ray audio but does do it eventually. I have an older 1080p Samsung tv and hoped to see positive results using the upscaling in the avr but it does not do much if anything to upscale the picture so I do not use it. I like that it is built in Japan and hope it lasts as long as other audio equipment that I have that was built in Japan.

I expected much more. Unless you need this many channels definitely buy something else. My Onkyo and Yamaha perform better, but I wanted the increased channel capacity. Too bad Yamaha doesn't have something comparable their sound fields are the best.

Almost everything about this receiver is great, but the main reason I bought it, and an 8k television was for *that* resolution. I've been trying for a year and have only been getting 4k resolution. I upgraded my computer recently with an 8k capable video card, but could only get 4k through the receiver. Imagine my surprise when I connected directly to the television and was immediately in 8k resolution! I wish I'd never bought this thing!

I am totally delighted with my purchase. Decided to upgrade from 7.1 system to 7.1.4. The sound and power this receiver gives is amazing.

If you are into home theater buy this receiver! Amazing capabilities for setup, clean crisp sound, and sleek.

I have owned Denon for over 20 years and the X6700H is the best to date. It check marks every box for great options. Power is good but I added 3 separate amps to turn it into 13 channels. Best Buy gave me 10% discount for my loyalty which made it even better. Ordered right before Christmas and it got here 2-3 days which made me really happy. The family loves watching movies with a full Atmos system now. Denon you did it again. I’m very happy with this AVR and would recommend this unit to anyone.

Way more powerful than what my needs, and handles everything I own with ease. The one exception... Don't use an HDMI 2.1 cable of 75' for your eArc. The return audio will cut out, but the video will be everything you need.

This is my 2nd High-end Denon AVR. 1. Set-up is challenging because there are not clear explanations of the feature settings and how they are applied. Each feature needs more in depth explanation. This makes fine tuning the unit next to impossible. 2. Sound and Video quality are superb. Features are complete. Everything is there. 3. The remote is lackluster. They have been using the same design for years. Over all, you will be very happy with your purchase

The AV receiver is really adaptable and does a great job.

Setup was easy. Ordered online from Bestbuy and it arrived within 2 days. I upgraded from an Onkyo Receiver

Geek Squad Bryan got everything hooked up and working great. Way better than what I thought was the best set up.

At first it worked great. After 2 mos noticed it started having glitches - functions wouldn’t work. After 3-4 mos the remote stopped working. Now sometimes it works good - other times it has issues. Difficult to pinpoint just seems random. Using with LG Cinebeam, Panasonic 4K blue ray layer, Klipsch speakers. Will try to milk it along and buy a better unit next year.

Great for movies, but a little bright for music. Glad I got the 2.1 top model as I run a 5.2.4 configuration
