    After I figured out how to get these in my ear I thought they were fine although they moved around a lot and caused the sound to deteriorate and the bass sounds like a ripped speaker . So always adjusting and fiddling with them . As soon as I got used to that , now they don t charge anymore . Tried charging with another USB charger from an old pair of wireless but nothing worked . Sent an email to Denon to see where I can purchase another USB charger but no reply . I ve only used them a hlf dozen times they ae not even 2 months old . Very disappointed and would not recommend to anyone .

    Stop working after EVERY use. I have sent the product bacjk to Denon twice. They refused to refund oney the second time. No third time they want to depreciate the value when I have niot been able to use the product succssfully once! Absolutley the wirst customer Service and product I have used. NEVER BUY DENON!!!!!
