Beautiful Color and cinematography
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Denver & Rio Grande was based off of the actual actual history of the railroad. Though it is somewhat embellished, it is none the less an enjoyable movie. The principal filming was filmed on the Durango and Silverton branch line, and despite what the title says, this is not a colorized movie, it was in fact filmed in full, vivid Technicolor. The image quality is excellent, especially on this Blu-Ray version. If you like railroad or western themed movies, you'll definitely want to add this to your collection.
