    This is a modern retelling of Frankenstein, but to call it a horror would be misleading. It's more of a character driven drama that has a lot of heart. It's a bit slow paced and if you go in expecting a full on horror you will be disappointed.

    I really enjoyed this. Not fast pace but I enjoy a well developed movie and characters. Not what you would expect by the dvd cover even though it is a horror movie based on the Frankenstein lore.

    This Larry Fessenden Film is Done really well and serves as a new Jersey modernization of a cross between Frankenstein and a little bit of Re-Animator. The Story and Acting was excellent and believable. A very effective Modern Believable Retelling of Frankenstein, way worth the price...

    I collect IFC Midnight movies on Scream Factory BD. The film is worth a watch. At the end of the day this simply fills a spot in my collection. The rewatch value isn't there.

    Depraved is an awesome modern telling of the classic Frankenstein story. One of the best films of the year, hands down!
