great game but Best Buy preorder was terrible

A more compelling story and great looking environments with the same great game play from the original game that got me hooked playing. Now my experience with Best Buy has been terrible. No exotic rifle and after calling the 800 number 3 times and being placed on hold then hung up on I went to the store. I was told that they couldn't do anything either and to, "try redditt or email Bungie we can't do anything." I have purchased several games for Best Buy but this was my 1st experience with digital preorder and the last. I'll just go straight to the Sony store from now on.

Don't expect it to work...
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Got the digital download preorder for Destiny 2 while I was at the store shopping... needless to say once I got home and tried to redeem the code all I get is an invalid code from PSN network. No matter what you do, went on to check forums for help, seems others are having the issue and Best Buy is taking their time resolving it, if they even do...
