Played the first one. It was fun but didn't complete. This came with Spider Man for free. Didn't appeal to me.

If you are going to get Destiny 2 it's best on PS4. You get all of the updates quicker but the first installment was a superior game.

The game itself is good. However, it was on sale online and included a digital download of both expansions when you purchased the base game. Needless to say, they not only didn't give me the code for the download, but also gave the in store customer support guy a hard time when he called in to try to sort the problem out for me. Best buys customer service call center reminds me of Time Warner Cable- no service at all.

I had a blast playing the campaign and a couple rounds of crucible but after the first expansion it was impossible to play any longer.

I have the first one wasn't a huge fan this game was on sale so I bought it it's okay it's a little bit better than the first

Mostly got it because I own the first one and was looking forward to playing the sequel. I haven’t really read or looked up the reviews, guess I’ll just have to see for myself.

Fun game just not for me. Creators paid attention to all the details. The game play is realistic and has plenty of things going on

the first one was extremely fun and although this iteration is too, there's just way too many micro-transactions that weigh it down.

I admittedly held off on buying this game for a while because as a husband and father of two young kids, I don’t get a lot of time to game and had a backlog of games as it was. With that said, this game is great and better than the first. Highly recommended!

Much better than destiny 1 but pvp is still suffering from lag and ghost bullets. Matchmaking is still horrible but the pve content is fun. Basically an expansion instead of new game.

Only buy this game if you're a diehard fan of the series or just like games that require you to grind for hours for gear and weapons.

Its an alright game. While interesting in the lore, it's repetitive gameplay leaves more of the bad after taste everyone talks about.

As a massive fan of the first destiny (even with it's many short comings especially with story) I am severely dissapointed with the sequel. Instead of building up from the progress that destiny made with it's expansions and patches, destiny 2 is even less an rpg than year 1 Destiny with less options for perk choice and abilities, armor that only looks cool and does not really effect gameplay and weapons that don't stand out or offer any real advantages toward the many enemies with 2,000,000 health.

I was hoping for at least a fourth character class. The gameplay is smooth, but the whole thing feels like more DLC than a sequel.

This game is fun. Not much there for a base game. Intended to be best played with grinding with a squad and with the DLC.

Destiny 2 hasn't changed much from Destiny 1. I'm glad I received this game for free because it would have been a waste of any amount of money. The game really doesn't have any direction, there is a lot of grinding to level up and just wave after wave of enemies that NEVER stop! That is just rediculous! The developers put a lot of time into the visual appearance but not into the story or mechanics of the game.

If you were a Destiny fan, stick to the first. This one lost a few of its special elements with this new addition. No weapon perks, weapon grinding and leveling up is SUPER easy.

Destiny is always a love hate relationship. I got this game on sale however I am behind in content and raids. Sometimes I play more for PVP just after a long day at work.

Destiny 2 is superior to Destiny one in most ways. The only thing I believe it's lacking is HDR, which I'm told will come in a update soon, and a higher frame rate or 4K graphics.

I'm enjoying D2 for what it is. I'm not a MP guy, so coming from someone who prefers solo runs, Destiny 2 has done a better job keeping me playing than the first game did.
