It's funny, when I started playing this, I did not realize how much I missed the first Destiny. Destiny 2 is just that different to me. To its credit, there are new locations, European Dead Zone, Nessus, IO, Titan so you are not re-hashing the same terrain with different graphics. The new weapon system is good but a little confusing to me, but only a slight change from the original. The story is better and it is now incorporated in the game which is better than searching on-line to figure out what's going on. I haven't started the crucible at all since I have been so wrapped up in the game. While I'm glad it has all the new locations, I find myself missing the old Destiny, weird.

Purchased for my high school teenager. Kids are playing it along with many other online games.

I bought this for my nephew and he loves it! He said it's even better than the first Destiny.

I liked destiny so this was a no brainer, I haven't beaten the game but I have like it so far.

Really fun game but you are going to need friends to play this with for the full experience.

Really good game. Great graphics, and it's a constantly growing game. They come out with new expansions and downloadable content that give you (and your team) new things to do.

I told myself that after putting in so many hours on the first Destiny that I would not get Destiny 2. It was such a grind and it was difficult finding people to do raids with. I just bought it and the only reason I did was because of the flash sale Best Buy had. I only spent $7 for this game. I started playing and I really don't have any complaints so far. I can tell they are trying to present a better story this time around. Still feels like a grind and there were times where I didn't feel like playing. I definitely don't think I'll be putting in as many hours as I did with the first Destiny. It is a solid game, however, and I'll keep playing for now.

This game is so fun. Easy to learn and keeps getting more challenging to keep your interest.

This game is really fun to play with friends. And if you don't have any friends, you can do guided games selection and play with other people. The story is very strong, you don't really have to play 1 to know this one and missions are very long/informative and challenging.

I thought the first Destiny maxed out on graphics. More eye candy than the mind can process!

There is so much that bungie could do with these games and once more they made it mediocre. Repetitive gameplay gets old and story is short once more. Wait for the combined expansion packs because at the stand alone price its not worth it.

I feel Destiny 2 took some time to get rolling but now i feel the game is in a good state. Lots to do and graphics are good. One thing i would say as a downside is that having so much to do can feel overwhelming at times.

Social fps with rpg mechanics. Bungie has taken the time to improve the gripes that gamers had with the series the first time around. The story is there this time and things dont feel repetitive or like a chore. I will most likely put 200+ hours into this game before Christmas

if u didn’t like the first destiny, this is similar, but still give it a shot if u love halo
