I started with the FPS genre back in 1994 with Wolfenstein 3D. I haven't played much in the last 10 years though because I was getting bored with so much of the some old thing and the military FPS wasn't my interest. Destiny has brought me back to the gaming community. They have tried something incredibly difficult; merge the MMO and FPS genres into a unified experience. IMO they have done an excellent job. Whether you want to work through one of the several storylines, work on team play through quests, match up against other players in arena play, or just vent out the day's frustrations by making things go BOOM! then Destiny has you covered. It's probably the most fun I've had with a FPS since Quake II. The gameplay is smooth and the graphics are excellent. The servers have seemed reliable for the 6-8 weeks I've been playing. The developers have been good about fixing glitches. Because of the nature of the PvE and PvP styles, there's some "learn as you go," regarding game balance. However, looking at the (sometimes passionate) debates on the Bungie forums, I'd say they are doing pretty darn good. If you're new to the game and you need a strike team member to help on a mission, then my nickname is my xbone gamertag.

still salty about Bungie's treatment of its fans, and I already bought this game twice before, but they did go a long way towards fixing everything fans complained about.

This game was on the Christmas list and the recipient was extremely happy to receive it. The game has wonderful graphics. Glad I bought it.

love this game and really enjoy playing with others. This game is what happens when halo meets call of duty. At least that is how i see it!

Taken king does bring quite a few changes to the game. I do like the new format for light level and overall game play has greatly improved.

Purchased as a deal of the day item at over half the actual cost and it comes with the original game along with all the expansions, nice

My daughter wanted it for her new Xbox, she really enjoys the game. If you like Halo and/or Titan Fall, this is a game worth looking at.

I did not like Destiny before ttk expansion. The expansion has improved gameplay and mechanics significantly. Would definitely recommend.

Well Destiny is finally a full game with enough content to justify $60 without doing some WoW grinding and a ridiculous leveling system.

This game is the most exciting game I have had for a long time! I can play it for hours without getting bored..definitely buy this game!

This game is crazy good. If you love Halo you'll love this other Bungie game. Get your friends to buy it too much more fun with co-op

The game is beautiful and very neat that you can see other players, but they teach you to kill and you are on your own. you was warned.

This Is the COMPLETE Destiny Experience! I love all the expanded content- so many missions, weapons, armor, and experiences to enjoy!

I have been playing destiny since day one, and my wife has been watching me play and it looked so fun she had to have one of her own.

I enjoyed the game and purchased because I have friends that play. I do not think I would play on my own so for me, this is an online with friends exclusive game

I think that Destiny: The Taken King - Legendary Edition is an extremely fun FPS (first person shooter) and the gameplay is amazing.

This game is fun but I need to figure out how to use my character to it's fullest. I see other users online and wish there was interaction between the other uses.

Not a gamer but becoming one with this exciting game. Destiny on XBox One is very much in your face shooter game. The bad guys are always looking to pick a fight and the fun is being ready to take on the challenge. Working up though the ranks require skills I am acquiring. My negative on any of the games is that they 'assume' you know what you are doing...wrong. Something lacking is a control manual and layout of equipment specs. I think a faster learning curve could be achieved with a basic instruction manual.
