Game is excellent, graphics just good.

Main story mode was a little short, but there is a ton to do with multi-player missions. Would have been 5 stars, but I'm spoiled buy next gen graphics. 360 is good, but on PS4 with a 1080P TV, it's almost lifelike.

Great mix of FPS, RPG, and MMO
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Destiny is best played on a current gen system, such as the PS4 or XBOX One, but as I have yet to buy one, I went ahead and got it for the XBOX 360. Destiny is a great mix of an FPS and RPG with some MMO elements. Think Borderlands game play but other players seamlessly jumping in and out of your game. There are 3 races in the game: Exo are robots, Human are humans, and Awoken are angel/elf like people. The race you choose only provides an aesthetic change. You can also choose between 3 classes: Titan have the most health, Hunters have the most agility, and Warlock have the most recovery (as in can recover the health fastest after taking damage). Overall it's a great game and is meant to be played with 2 other friends. My only problems with it is I wish they made it cross platform, if only for the PvE portions and leave the PvP to be strictly based on console. This way if your friend plays on a different console, or upgrade to the current gen, you could still play with them.

If you enjoy a story based game (one that makes sense), this game is not for you. The actual story line is pretty bad, and the single player game play gets really boring after a few hours, as the missions are all pretty much the same. The multiplayer is fun, though again… you’re basically just leveling up your characters. I tried doing the 3 person mission in the multiplayer, but someone would always either quit or get dropped halfway through and then it would be impossible to beat. If someone was able to join after that, it would make it so much better. Also being able to have a headset chat function would be helpful. Otherwise you’re all just running around hoping the other people know what to do.

Just All Around Fun
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have not had so much fun playing a campaign of a game since Halo, Borderlands, or the Bio Shock series. You have a nice build up of game play and then with each level, you have the ability to make it more difficult on the fly. The characters are fun to play with, the enemies are fun and tough to kill, i have just had non-stop excitement the whole time. My buddy and I are streaming this game and there was a classic "did you see that?" moment where I went through a door, just fine. Then he went through after me and noticed something to the right and threw his knife at it...it disappeared. Our conversation was: Buddy - "Gingy, did you see that?" Me - "See what?" Buddy - "no no no no no no no no no no..." Me - "What? Tell me whats going on" Buddy - "...no no no no nope. no no no. Oh God Gingy, Oh God" Me - "Now i got to look at your stream.........." Together - "no no no no no no no no no no. Why????" Oh its sooo fun :) great game!!
