I'm a history buff, so choosing this movie was a no brainer. I found the recounting of the events surrounding that historic event eye-opening and pivotal. Great movie to watch and learn from.

This movie was very good. Being from Detroit and hearing about these times was surreal, but to see a movie about the stories was very eye opening.

I bought this as a gift for my husband and he is going to love it. He has been wanting to see this movie and has not been able to find it on any of our subscription services.

This movie really brings out your emotions. It makes you angry, makes you want to cry, and have you wondering how people can be so evil. I didn’t want to watch it but I’m glad I did.

I think men and women would do better living in a real jungle instead of a concrete, crime ridden city, jungle called Detroit. Who's right, the so called criminals or the police?

This was heartbreaking and gruesome the acting was on point this story was jaw dropping am never watching this again hard to watch

Such a moving and powerful movie. As a Michigan resident I was blown away by our past and proud to see a dramatic improvement from when this movie took place. A must watch.

Kept you interested in what happened during that time period and why it happened. The extras give you some more info that might not have come across in the movie.

This was a very powerful movie and definitely one that needed to be told. I would say that more research would need to be done. The movie leaves out a it and makes up a lot just for dramatic

This movie is extremely Tense of it doesn't win an Oscar which it won't because Hollywood sucks but if it doesn't win I will hate the academy awards system

This is an excellent reenactment of an incident during the Deroit Rebelion (riot) of 1967. Some actual news footage but mostly about the Algiers Motel killimg.

Grat movie another addition to my bluray collection can't complaint though. First one was way better though but ok

Another true story regarding the reality of black people. This was a wonderful movie to see that might make you angry.

I have yet to watch the film actually. I wanted for my collection but the director has a good reputation and I love most of the leads in the movie.

Movie is a historical perspective of Detroit. However, mirrors a little bit of what is going on today. Definitely a good watch!
