This is not a bad game so i don't know why the price dropped so low for this game. The gameplay is similar to that of mass effect, third person shooter with rpg elements.

A game that stays true to the franchise and genre

Deus Ex: Mankind Divided represents what I feel is sometimes a lost art in games today: A compelling story, an immersive world, and a sense of ownership over who you play as.
DX:MD stays true to the franchise. If you like the semi-open world, multiple path approach to the previous DX titles, you won't be disappointed. The game has something for everyone whether you prefer combat and weapons upgrades, or stealth and world exploration.
That said, like other similar titles, you need to be willing to invest into the game. If you don't have a ton of patience, or just want a pick-up-and play experience (while the game does offer an arcade mode for this), you might find this title is not for you. It certainly is a game for the hardcore gamer.
The only knock against it is that some of the animations and voice acting can be rough around the edges at times, but is easily forgivable as you get to explore what is quite a thought-provoking story and believeable environment.

Great game with some technical flaws

Thus game is a continuation of the highly acclaimed mankind divided. If you like the original you will love this game. Improved combat mechanics, graphics and side missions make for a great time. The game will take you a solid 12ish hours and longer for completionists.
There are some technical issues here and there with frame rate and clipping, and rare instances with physics...but nothing that breaks the game.

Great sequel to human revolution

I have personally been waiting for a new Deus Ex game since I finished human revolution. Mankind Divided has a good storyline with very good graphics for the most part, although there were some areas lacking. The game is shorter than I might have thought, and leaves several storylines unanswered which makes me believe there will be more dlc or another game in the future. It was a very fun game for Deus ex fans, but if you can hold off and snag the full collection for $60 at a later time, it may offer more time value and perhaps some answers to a few of the side storylines.

The story does not have the impact of the first game, but the mechanics are expanded upon. More player choice in general gameplay than the previous game, It looks great, runs great, and has that deus ex world you can get sucked into. Side missions have purpose other than just xp and looting.
This game is worth a shot especially if you enjoyed the last deus ex.

Challenging game

The game play in this game is top notch; however, I found it to be very difficult for the casual gamer. Stealth is the name of the game here. Don't get seen by the enemies, and if you do, find a hiding place quick because you will be quickly surrounded and overwhelmed. Still working through the game after several months and I find it very challenging.

Great game play and an amazing story lead to a lack luster finish. The game takes a deep dive into segregation and terrorism attempting to show the humanity in both sides of a conflict, but ends abruptly leaving the player wondering where the rest of the story went. Good all around game, great for those who played deus ex revolution.

The newest Deus Ex improves upon its predecessor's mechanics in every way imaginable. The beauty of this game is how well the environments mesh with the abilities. It creates some rewarding gameplay and treasure finding. It caters to many gaming styles as well. Everything is smooth, the story is great, and the graphics are top notch. It's definitely one of the higher tier games release of last year on par with Uncharted 4 and others.

I got the game to try and get back into the First Person kick on PS4 and the graphics are awesome, the story line is fun and challenging and so far I have lost time exploring and moving forward in my quest. Controls are easy and you have options on how much help and how hard the game can be for you.

Dues Ex: Mankind Divided continues right where Human Revolution left off. The story is engaging as well as relevant, and the gameplay is a great step forward for the series. This is a seriously smart game! The more you play it, the more it's layers continue to unfold making it a fresh experience every time. If you're already a fan, or just love deep and engaging video game experiences, then this one is for you.

I really enjoyed the story of Dues Ex. The game draws the gamer in with its story and it's overall fun. There are few fetch missions I found monotonous but wasn't too bad. Great story and challenge, I recommend this for people looking for a good action/stealth/shooter/rpg.

There's nothing like imagining yourself as a powerfully augmented, multiple abilities wielding instrument with both morality choices and approach options to either clear a room out with deadly force or simply stun/knock everyone out. Although this game may not be for everyone and sometimes the primarily first person perspective with the cover system being the only in game non-cutscene time where you get a 3rd person view. This game allows you to explore a possible future where augmented humans are treated largely as a minority whom are not to be trusted and looked at with disdain. You could draw quite a few parallels to current day politics and issues with how we treat groups of people whom we view as other. It has pretty good replay value, interesting npcs to interact with, and is a technologically enhanced beautiful albeit somewhat depressing world to explore and have some fun in.

Overall the game is worth buying and playing. There were time periods that were repetitive and took some time to get used to the controls. It is similar game and play style to Metal Gear Solid. First one in the series that I have played. Good story line.

This game isn't a renovation on the last game but it takes all the best things and improves on them whilst adding some new gadgets and tricks for Jensen.

I had played the previous game on PS3 and was OK. This is a little better with more story but I don't like the city's and the space where you can go is limited. The action is pretty fluent and the character moves good with the controls.

I can't get into this game because the controls are way too complex, it makes the game not fun to just pick up and play. This is why Nintendo is still the best--intuitive controls that are easy to learn. Plus, lots of time wasted doing inventory management. Lame.

Great game and a great concept. I did not finish it because you could not skip the cut scenes. I love stories in video games but these were very long and drawn out cut scenes. I have four kids so I play at night after everyone has gone to bed, I am tired at that time too and spent more time watching than playing every night.
