Forgot to write this until now, but I want to say how helpful Geek Squad was getting my laptop serviced and fixed promptly, especially since the issue persisted during the school year. Definitely recommend them!

Had the squad look at my sons gaming computer. Was turning on but no picture. After diagnosis I was told that the main board had to be replaced and that They don't work on the motherboard. After trying my tower before leaving I noticed that some other lights came back on and told the technician that I think it may be working. So I brought it home and to my dismay we plugged everything back in and it came up and worked so I am not sure if they receded something to fix it but they told me the motherboard had to be replaced and it never did.

The check up on my computer went wonderful it only took a couple hours for them to check if there was any viruses or malware.

The geek squad agents successfully transferred my hard drive data, from one laptop, to my other laptop.

So I took my MacAir to Geek Squad for a check-up. At the moment, and while in the booting process, the laptop would suddenly shut down in the middle of it and wouldn't turn on again. After a couple of days, my wife decided to take it to an independent shop where it was diagnosed with a software conflict issue and some dust in the fan (not a logic board problem as the Geek Squad Tech specified in his/her diagnosis). The software issue was fixed, the fan was cleaned, and voilá, the MacAir is a new computer.
