MY EXPERIENCE WAS EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY-THEY MADE THE PROCESS OF COVERTING MY DEAD LAPTOP TO A NEW ONE AND SAVING ALL OF THE DATA ON AN EXTERNAL HARDDRIVE SEAMLESS. THEY TOOK CARE OF EVERYTHING - MY INFORMATION WAS RETRIEVE I THINK IN LESS THAN ONE DAY AND MY NEW LAPTOP WAS READY TO USE WITH ALL OF MY OLD INFORMATION THE NEXT DAY. THEY EVEN HAD IT READY BEFORE THE SCHEDULED TIME. PERFECT!!! SO GLAD THAT I'VE SIGNED UP FOR SERVICE.

My computer couldn't find the home network, but other devices could. I was able to make a same-day appointment, and by the next day I was notified that my laptop was fixed and ready. The store technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and their turn-around time was perfect.

I was thrilled with the ease of dealing with the GEEK SQUAD when my computer/desk top was hacked. The staff at the Hiram location were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. They were able to completely fix the problem in less than 24 hours and helped explain all the issue in a language this grandma could understand. I would rely on them for any of my tech needs.

Service was ok. Two issues were annoying. The location near me only had one person handling the front counter creating a long wait time to speak with a technician. Also, getting thru via phone to the tech department was hit and miss. Sometimes they answered, many times no answer.

The tech knew exactly what he was doing. He worked for a long time to load something on a tablet I brought in that wasn't even related to why I was there . I was picking up my new computer that was hacked. The staff had cleaned it up in one day and it was ready to go.

The agent was very helpful and knowelgeable about my issues. He was quick to figure it out and had my issue fixed. He was also able to rectify issues with my phone and gave me more confidence in my ability to use my phone without getting frustrated.

This was an appointment to rid my computer of items that were harmful to my using it . I had no idea how to cleans it, so the techs did it for me, much to my relief. I was very pleased with their speed and efficiency.

I wouldn’t purchase any digital device without getting geek squad. I don’t have anything to worry about when it comes to repairs or upgrades because geek squad does it all for me and they do it quickly. They always do an expert job. I recommend geek squad to anyone who purchase a computer or digital device.

The Geek Squad members were very helpful cleaning my laptop of some malware that had frozen it. One member checked me in and scheduled a time for me to pick it up. The team did a good job, having it ready as scheduled. It's been working great since then.
