The agents are very professional and efficient. They are able to understand my issues and resolve my problems in a timely manner. I have never been put on hold for a long period of time and they always ask me if I hv any additional problems they need to address before completing my problems. I wish I had gone to them sooner. I’m glad they can fix my problems remotely w/o me having to take my computer to the store.

The service was poor and was lied to twice. I arrived for my appointment and wasn't seen until at least an hour later. The Geek Squad was not on duty. So another employee examined my laptop and did not say it couldn't be fixed. However, still charged me over a hundred dollars. Within the same day, I received a texted stating that my laptop was ready for pick up. The laptop was not fixed. The next day, I called to the store and spoke with the Geek Squad and was lied to because, he said I would be refunded my money. However, when I arrived to pick up my laptop he did not refund me.

I brought in a computer with a dying hard drive. I was worried I was going to lose yours worth of data, and all of the books I'd written. They were able to salvage everything.

I did not have an appt. But was taken in very rapidly. The rep. Explained everything in laymens terms and the repair was taken care of in 2 hours!

The geek squad was great and fast loved the service.

I replaced my >15 year old Mac computer and Epson printer/copier/scanner. The Geek Squad replaced what I had with newer, better Mac/Epson hardware and software at a fraction of the cost.

Geek squad was amazing. I was treated with respect and timely. Each member that supported us was effective and efficen.

Had 2 services performed. My computer was hacked and the Geek Squad restored it in a rapid timeframe. We also had a tv installed which presented some problems which were overcome.

The squad was very clear in their explanation of services needed for my laptop. When it was finished they went into it with me to show me the improvements.
