This is an amazing box set for the price, $25.00 for 4 out of the 5 DieHard movies and on Blu-Ray even. Loved these movies when they first hit the theaters back in the day and now I have them all in one box set. Highly recommend this to all who like these films.

When you think of the first Die Hard, its very hard to come pack with an action sequel. Then you have the 3rd installment, which was pretty action packed after being gone for 5 years... AND with action packed movies are all rated R except "Live Free Or Die Hard" in PG-13? After a 12 year wait; your expecting a Die Hard movie to try and compete with the original 2 plus the 3rd installment... Uh uh. Plus to get the "Unrated" version you either have to buy the 25th anniversary DVD version or buy the Blu-Ray version and then purchase the 4th Die Hard "Live Free Or Die Hard" on DVD just to get more of an action packed movie... So the only bad thing is the 4th installment is more censored. Overall 4/5. I just can't imagine a DIE HARD movie and being censored in a way... Overall it's a great collection... I am just used to HD everything now a days, just disappointed that the 4th installment was PG-13 and it didn't come with the unrated version...

There's not much to say about this film, other than it is excellent. Well the first one was just awesome, especially when it was in theaters and it still holds its own today. The 2nd film was also a chair filling movie when it was released. I remember the audience yelling and cheering. However, it's a little cheesy now, but I still watch it. Gotta love Bruce Willis. The 3rd one was on a completely different level of an awesome action Die Hard. It has quite a bit of modern day humor and it's a must see if you haven't. It's just hilarious with Samuel L. Jackson. The 4th one I did not care for too much (I just don't like father saves daughter action films). 5th on was good, but not so much a Bruce Willis Die Hard as much as it was about his son in the movie. Blurays come in a nice case and this was on sale when I bought, so I grabbed the set.

I have always been a "die hard" Die Hard fan. Especially with regards to the 1st Movie. Although we always have a mini-debate in our household over whether some of these are "Christmas Season Movies"... they always seems to find their way into the player during the holidays. This year was no exception... BUT the difference was that this year I had just purchased this Blue Ray 5Disc Anniversary Edition. I highly recommend it for those of you Bruce Willis fans. Although a few of the Die Hard Series Plots are thin and predictable.... I still am a sucker for movies that I can just kick back and enjoy the action and the thunderous effects on my Home Theater Setup. After all... aren't the purpose of movies to entertain us?? Well, these do. Very nicely mastered set - in my opinion.

Not much to say here. If you're a fan of Die Hard like I am, you should thoroughly enjoy this box set, not only because of the upgraded clarity of HD, but because they left out the 5th movie, which most would agree was terrible. My only complaint is they didn't carry over the Unrated Edition of Live Free or Die Hard like they did the DVD release. But since that's the ONLY real complaint, I highly recommend purchasing this box set. Yippee Kay Ya, Mother.... oops, can't say that here.

First off, Die Hard is one of the best action movies of all time. Buying this set was a no-brained. The blu-ray includes the 4 movies that are worth watching (the fifth one wasn't very good). It's not as fancy as the Nakatomi Tower edition, but costs way less too. I have yet to watch all the extra Decoding Die Hard content, but the movie quality and audio are top notch. Well-done Blu-ray transfer!

Good value for an entertaining series of movies - some better than others, but all worth watching. Blu-ray quality is good, as is sound. My one complaint is that this box set does not come with digital copies - I've gotten used to receiving digital copies through Ultraviolet with all Blu-ray movies I but these days. I knew before I bought the set that it did not include the digital copies, which explains the bargain price. But I am still deducting one star because of that, I would have gladly paid a few bucks more to have gotten the digital copies but there was not that option at the time.

First off, every guy knows that the original Die Hard is a Christmas movie. This was the whole reason I sought to acquire it. Sadly, many retailers were out, but Best Buy came through for me! It's a great collection, but it is missing the 5th movie (A Good Day to Die Hard). So, if you are looking for a complete set of all the Die Hard Films, wait until 02/07/2017 when the "Die Hard: 5-Movie Collection" comes out. Personally, I think the last Die Hard film was one too many, so the 25th anniversary set (released the same year as the last film) is perfect for me!

I'm a sucker for die hard movies, and blurays for that matter, so when I saw the complete die hard set I just had to have it... Nothing comes to the original but I have a warm a squishy spot in my heart for part 2... a little less fond of part 3 and four...but part 3 is a masterpiece compared with 4. Either way, who cares, they're die hard movies for god sakes.

The First Four Die Hard films packaged together plus bonus disc with extras. Packaged in a nice, sturdy book with sleeves for the discs, plus nice outer sleeve for book. Nice graphic design throughout with images from the films.

Die Hard is the standard that all action films strive to live up to. In fact, so many have copied all or some of the storyline, but none can live up to this classic! Die Hard 2 gets a little too cheesy, but the series rebounds nicely with Die Hard 3. This is a blu-ray set that's definitely worth owning and Best Buy offers it at a good price! Enjoy!

I was able to purchase the collection on sale for around $25. Well worth the price because all of the movies with exception of the fourth one are classic John McClane situations. The fourth one is good, but it is rated PG 13 so it is missing the classic one liners. McClane kind of needs to be able to say F-bombs. Its his thing.

With tons of bonus features and the four original Die Hard movies on Blu-Ray, this set is necessary for any fan of 80's/90's action movies. Note: this collection does not include "A Good Day to Die Hard", so if you want a complete collection, pick that up separately.

This entire series is action packed and has a great story! I watch these movies several times a year and they were a must own on bluray. My only complaint is the discs slide out of paper loaders in the collection, feels like I could scratch them over time. I might look at buying a different holder for the discs.

Four films and a special features disc - Does NOT include A Good Day To Die Hard - no plastic nozzles to hold disk as finely printed packaging is cardboard. Good thing Blu-rays are much more durable than DVDs going in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out and in and out of the sleeves.

Bruce Willis does a great job in all the Die Hard movies. He does a great job with he action and adventure, while also bringing a great sense of humor. The story lines are good, and keep you interested throughout. Everyone will enjoy this 5 disc collection that has many bonus features too. Great for a evening of Die Hard marathons!!

I love all of the Die Hard movies so when this was on sale for $20 then I knew I had to add it to my movie library. I own them on DVD but it is really worth it to get these on Blu Ray. I love the first one and for some reason the 3rd one is my favorite because it's just a fun ride! Love, love, love these movies!!

This is a sweet collection. I love how the packaging booklet it comes in. Have a great movie series in one nice collection is the good part. The quality of the actual blu ray resolution isn't the greatest. With older movies is hard to remaster them into higher resolution. other than that is it great. Its still better than the DVD versions of these movies and for the price its not a bad buy. I would buy it again so there is that

This collection only has the first 4 movies. Which is just fine for me since the first 3 are the only ones worth watching. The original and Die Hard With a Vengeance are two of my favorite movies of all time and this well priced collection was the perfect time to buy them on BluRay.
