    The closeness if this integrated family continues right to the end. You can feel right at home while watching this series.

    This is the season Diffrent Strokes moved to ABC. The show got a little makeover, different singer for the theme song, Arnold has more mature story lines and Willis has some big 80s looking afro. The biggest addition or replacement was the role of Maggie, gone was Dixie Cater to greener pasture on Designing Women instead of an end of the road show and in comes Mary Ann Mobley. Oh Mary Ann, former beauty pageant winner which I'm sure they didn't have a drama competition in that pageant. Haha. Her acting does bring a halt to the fluid acting of the show though. All in all, not a bad season. Arnold starts High School so he has to deal with all the school stuff but not a bad season.

    I love Diff’rent Strokes and now I have the full series on DVD. It took so long for me to get all the seasons due to release delays. Now the whole show is out and I can watch from start to finish.

    This was one of favorite shows growing up. TV has changed so much, I needed to get this complete set so I can watch good tv again.

    Diff'rent Strokes limped to the end after it moved to ABC from NBC. It was time for the end.
