I've had several cheaper tablets including the brand new $49.99 Kindle Fire and I didn't not have a good experience with that. The new fire os was buggy and just a mess compared to android lollipop which is what is on this digiland tablet. Also the kindle fire only can do amazon apps and there are major titles still missing from the amazon app store that are only in the play store. This tablet can not be beaten for value. It's running lollipop which was the newest up until marshmallow. It has a quad core processor and a 1gb of ram which I've played a bunch of games including plants vs zombies 2, angry birds 2, and a bunch of other with zero lag or problems. The screen is IPS so it's not like the previous junk tablets around this price range. Very surprised at how nice this tablet is for the price. The only downfall to this tablet is the battery life is only up to 4 hours because it's a smaller battery (2100mah), which is smaller than most smartphone batteries. But if shorter battery life isn't an issue then this is a great tablet because it has the full android play store, vanilla android with no skins on top. I'm also using a 64gb micro sd card in it with no problems, minor thing is it does not support exfat so when I inserted my 64gb exfat card it immediately wanted to format it to fat32, shouldn't be an issue as my movies are under 4gb which is the limit to fat32. The tablet has an update to make it more stable out of the box and it NEEDS an SD card in it to do the update because it downloads the update to the sd card. So first thing when you get this tablet, put a microsd card in and perform the wireless update under settings and about tablet so you don't have any issues. Speaker seems to be not quite as loud as others but can't really expect too much from this. One last important thing, this tablet supports OTG over microusb!! Meaning if you get an OTG adapter online you can plug in flash drives or micro sd cards into this through the micro usb port and see them on the tablet! Was not expecting a cheap tablet to have OTG support. Overall this tablet is excellent for the money, only a few downfalls, but for the price you can't complain.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS 7" DIGILAND TABLET. It's worth the price. I purchased this tablet because I had read plenty of good reviews. I said to myself, this tablet isn't from Apple or Samsung, but it DOES NOT mean that it's considered a cheap or just a whatever tablet.
The whole process from setting it up, downloading my purchased apps from the Google Play store, rearranging the apps on the screen, changing the wallpaper, connecting to Wi-Fi and Bluetooth devices like my portable speaker, getting to know my tablet, using the apps and to charging the tablet WENT EXTREMELY WELL. No issues at all. No lagging or slow processes whatsoever.
So yeah, I recommend it! It's a great tablet!!! You can also purchase a micro SD card, a maximum of 32 GB, and insert it into the tablet's micro SD card slot to be able to move your apps, music and videos to the micro SD Card to have more space on your tablet's internal storage!!! :D
SADLY, the ONLY CON about this tablet is that, if you're going to listen to your music or watch videos, YOU MUST USE NORMAL EARPHONES OR HEADPHONES WITH NO MIC, otherwise, the sound will be... not right. This tablet only allows TRS audio, basically headphones and earphones without mic, to function just fine. It doesn't allow TRRS audio, which are headphones and earphones with mic. BUT WHATEVER!!! Just because the sound may not work well if you're using headphones or earphones with the mic, it doesn't mean that the Digiland tablet is a rip-off.
OVERALL, I LOVE this tablet. It's great. It's perfect. Don't judge just because this tablet wasn't made by Apple or Samsung. It's a GREAT tablet for only $50!!! Sometimes, the price of this tablet is lowered by five or ten bucks, so take advantage!!! I'm serious. TRUST ME, guys!!!

For a hi-resolution screen, large screen, high capacity storage, running big-time games, and/or HDMI interface, expect to pay $200 or more. I came across this Digiland 7" tablet while shopping for something else. After looking through the specs, with the more current Lollipop Android operating system and at a fraction of the price, I picked up 3 for less than $150 altogether and will be preparing them for 3 children under 9 years old. If they break it, it's not an issue. With the addition of a 32GB micro SD card, the kids can take tons of pictures and videos, can download current apps from the Play store for at least the next 3 years, touch is responsive, screen is bright, speaker is loud enough, and everything else is a bonus for the price. The GPS, built-in microphone, Wi-Fi, and bluetooth all work well. Running kids educational apps and games work very well. 8GB internal storage (where 4GB remains after installing updates and basic apps) is very little, but will be plenty for 40-100 kids apps loaded at a time.
I would highly recommend for this purpose.

If youre looking for an inexpensive tablet without the cheap inexpensive "feel", this is for you. Bright crisp display, decent respond time, decent memory (which is upgradeable with a micro sd card), responsive display, and lasts pretty good on a full charge. The only drawback i have, which is a personal preference, is the boot up time.... It takes about a full minute, give or take, to fully boot up. Other than that I'm very pleased and would recommend.

I've purchased several of these over the last few years for my kids. I usually have to buy another because the last one was dropped too many times. With a quad core processor, the latest Android operating system, and 8 GB of memory, these tablets perform very well with games and videos. They are easy to use, and are consistently well priced and in stock at my local Best Buy.

A nice sized Android tablet with the rock bottom price tag made this an interesting purchase for me. I have had Android tablets in the past ranging from top of the line Samsung to Chinese vendor of the week.
- I love the size and weight
- I like the brightness and the clarity of the screen
- I like that I can install and use a micro SD (32GB) card for storage.
- Power management is fair, not great. I cannot go a full day using the tablet battery.
- Screen response to stylus or finger movement is fair. Sometimes you need to repeat the gestures and/or press down really hard.
- I am concerned that there does not seem to be a path, either manual or automatic for future Android releases (6, 7).
- If the purpose of procuring this system is to do casual reading, some basic games, email and web surfing, then this is a very good investment.

I am not tech savvy, and this was so easy to set up. Bought the extra storage as suggested, but don't seem to need it. Use it to read e-books from the library mostly, works great for that. The battery life is short but that's ok.

Got this tablet for my girlfriend as a small gift. She is always having to surf on her phone and the screen on her IPhone is not the best. I can across this item and for the price I was a bit skeptical, but the tablet word GREAT for her! It does what is needs, web browse, some music. Camera is not all that great, but it's light, easy to travel with and catch any active WiFi signal in a flash! Can't beat it for the price, also, you can add memory to it with a micro SD card at any time.

Okay, I wasn't expecting much from a 50 dollar tablet. I was pleasantly surprised by the ease of setup. Not a lot of bloatware. The screen is as good as any of the lower end Samsung 7" tablets. Blows away my father-in-laws RCA 7" tablet he got at Walmart on Black Friday. The screen is responsive and accurate. I use it to stream music at our skating rink. I'd buy another in a minute. Wish it had a different aspect ratio but that is just my preference.

This is a very nice and usable tablet for the money (about $50). It does what you would expect. OS is up-to-date. Works great with Miracast. The things you give up vs. a higher end product are: screen resolution/contrast (no "Retina" display here), battery life (can't leave it on all workday), boot time (takes a little while to start up). Performance for routine tablet stuff is ok - feels reasonably responsive.

This tablet is very great, acts like a Samsung Note with its speed and caught up version. Pretty light, easy to use, and kinda fragile. The downside is that you can't at least get the screen to be repaired or fixed and you have to buy a new one. That's the only downside and wish to be able to fix Digiland tablet screens.

This Tablet has an excellent screen display with high resolution IPS Display allowing for wide viewing angles without fade, however its single rear mounted speaker has terrible sound quality and absolutely no Volume. You need a headset just to hear the sound. It is also very slow to boot up, but once booted is fairly quick & responsive, having a quad-core processor. There are better small tablets out there, as this one is totally unacceptable because of the rear mounted speaker, poor sound quality, and lack of any Volume.

It's no iPad. HOWEVER, if you need an affordable tablet to read on, play games, cruise the net, or store pics, this is the one. It's lightweight and plastic so get a case. The camera blows, thus 4 stars. But the removable storage card is priceless. That alone beats iPad because you can increase your memory. Have used a month with no glitches of any kind. Battery is average. My 96 yr old mother-in-law watches videos on Pinterest and YouTube.
