    Purchased this to have an additional battery with the benefit of a charger too. We took this brand new item with us on a cruise as we planned to have 2 charged batteries for our Nikon camera to take plenty of pictures. Long story short it didn't charge the batteries. Best Buy warranty only covers 15 days from purchase & the manufacturer is unresponsive. Very difficult to contact, finally found an email address & sent a message. Never received a response!
