Bad situation turn good!

I bought a battey charger thinking it came with battery but it didn’t. Took charger back next day to get refund. The two helping me with return turned the situation into confusion I got upset left. Next day called corporate they patched me through to Granville store. Long story short. Young man named Justin cleared up the situation quickly and went beyond to get me a battery. Had it nect day! Kudos to Justin! He saved Best Buy a loyal customer!

It worked long enough to charge one battery. After that even the display wouldn't light up. It does say on the package no return after opening. ( which I didn't read at the time ),so the Caveat was there. I went to the KEH website the following day and bought the Nikon one.

No Detail Instructions/Awful Customer Service

I cannot remove & replace the EN-EL 14 adapter on the battery charger with the EN-EL 25 adapter. It is impossible to remove. There are no instructions with the unit to detail what to do. I emailed the company 2x. No response. I called. I was told I would get an email. Nothing. Time to bring it back to Best Buy. I can’t use.
