Good for Beginners or simplicity

I can't say the microphone makes a difference if I use it or not. The LED is very bright. The tripod is very light and my new Google phone makes it a bit top-heavy. I think this is a good beginner kit but feel I am already ready for something a bit better as far as the lighting and tripod.

Doesn’t work out if the box with a iPhone

As with others I to felt like it would work out of the box with my iPhone, especially since it is shown using one. It feels very cheap I am going to return it isn’t worth the $30.00 to me!
