Bad product info on length of extension

When the product arrived it said on package extends to 32 inches. I took it back to the store they concluded this stick was not available in 42 inch extension at all. None in store to purchase to supplement my needs. No selfie sticks at all. They checked on line was suppose to be 42 inch but came as only 32 inch. Will return for money back try another electronics store.Other than that it was fine but very disappointed running back and forth to the store for relief.

As soon as I bought it, it was not working

Didn't get a chance to return it or get it to manufacturer repair. I just found this purchase in my Best Buy account and added my review to it. It was not cheap. For something of this price and not working right out of the box is very disappointing.
