I love having an extra battery charged and ready for use in case the one in the camera runs down … especially when I'm out and about. There are so many advantages to DSLRs vs film cameras but there is/was one thing I really loved about my old school Canon F1 … if the battery ran down you could take it out of the camera and still take pictures with it. Naturally you had to guestimate the exposures but if you used it as often as I did it was pretty easy to do in daylight conditions or when using a flash on shutter speeds from 1/30 - 1/2000 and on bulb. The problem with the DSLRs is that without a charged battery you basically have a very expensive paper weight until you recharge or replace the one in it. I was very pleased with the cost.

I bought a new Rebel 5Ti and did not want to miss a shot at Christmas so i bought an extra battery. Decided on DigiPower rather than Canon due to price difference. The original Canon battery had a bit more power but not enough to justify the extra cost. Worked fine.

I was hesitant at first to purchase this battery since it is what i’d Call an “off brand” but I’ve had no issues with it so far and don’t regret a thing. Much cheaper than the real Canon battery and works just as good.

As a photographer, this was a long overdue purchase. Every time I'd be doing a photo job, I'd be worried of my battery running out. Now having purchased a second battery, I don't have to worry. Holds the charge like the original if not better!

I needed an extra battery for my Canon t3i and I wasn't sure what to get. I thought maybe the price would reflect quality but I was surprised to see that I spend $40 and got a great battery, fits great and works just like the original battery.

I used this battery during my Antarctic Expedition. It was purchased so I could have 2 batteries to keep up with the extreme cold. It worked great giving me the extra battery power I needed for the 800 plus photos.

I've left it sitting in my camera for a few days after Charging it to full (multiple times) and when I take it out, it still gives me the hours it advertises on the box.

My battery wasn't easily going in and out of my camera. I noticed it was swollen. When looking to purchase a new battery, this one was cheaper than the others and works just fine, holds a charge

Great to have a backup to the long discontinued OEM version, but this battery seems to lose its charge over time even when not installed.

Could not decide between this one and the one at batteries plus for twice the price, I decided to go with this one because it did have good reviews and I'm glad I did. It works just as good as the canon one my camera came with

My personal experience with this battery has been great. This brand lasts longer than the Canon brand battery. I got through a whole day of filming. Only at the last two hours did I have to switch batteries.

Works as intended. Had Zoom baby showers and didn't die. Charged my original battery while this was being used. Didn't have any down time really.

Was out of town on a business trip capturing pictures. Halfway through the first day, the battery died. Purchased this one to have a backup and it worked great! Saved the day!

This has given me the exact same experience as my canon brand battery. Same amount of pictures snapped and also shows battery status on my lcd screen while shooting. Way cheaper too.

Couldn't find my battery & charger and needed one right away. I called my local Best Buy, and they had this waiting when I arrived. Was a great replacement for my camera battery & charged quickly. I think it's a little pricey, but that was my only issue.

Definitely had a long battery life and very helpful to have. Buying another one as backup.

I shoot a lot of still shots and video with my SLR. This battery has lasted longer that I had expected. I am happy with its performance. It's still going strong!

really good for my cannon rebel t3i! works as described.

I was a bit skeptical about buying this product but so far so good, I feel that it holds a bit more days than my original Canon, maybe is because is new. But is not a bad product considering I pay half the money for the Canon brand.
