I've used this battery brand for several years for use in taking photos during my world travels to Africa, South America, Antarctica, The Orient, and Europe. I always make sure I have several charged and ready since you never want to have a battery failure and miss a great photo opportunity. With this recent purchase of 3 I'll now have 6 in my camera bag to take on my upcoming 10 week vacation cruise. (The photos included are from a South Africa trip a few years ago.)

I am very happy,with this camera.I had an older Nikon ,it needed to be replaced.This did not disappoint me at all!!. Nikons optics have always been great. A winner!

Worked as advertised on the package during a lot of recharges while on a trip to the Far East.

I typically shoot a lot of sporting events including 3 to 4 day baseball tournaments. Multiple charged batteries are must have items. Each day I charge the spent batteries but I never come up short on battery life. My only drawback to this battery is the price.

Bought this as an extra battery for my Nikon Coolpix. Worked great - charged quicky and held the charge for many many photos. Totally compatible with both camera and charger. A little pricier than those that I've purchased online, though.

I bought this battery because I couldn't tell whether my cheap previously purchased battery had gone defunct or my cheap previously purchased batter recharger had gone defunct. Both had been purchased from Amazon. I took a chance and bought the battery and my guess worked. This battery recharged and has been working fine (about 4 months) so far. Is that long enough to prove the value of a rechargeable battery? Probably not, but it did solve my immediate battery problem and I'm likely to buy a second one when I have need for another,

Good Battery but very expensive. I should have checked prices of battery before purchase of camera.

My camera is easy to use, takes great pictures, and no problem when traveling.

Very quick and easy to charge, the battery fit perfectly on my Sony camera.

Battery holds charge for a long time. Easy to put into camera and to take out.

The clerk at the service center went above and beyond to help me right this situation. I had brought my camera as I did not know whether it was the camera, or the battery at fault. He plugged in the charger and the camera read "battery exhausted"! The clerk replaced the battery with another new unopened battery and YEAH it started my camera up and I was happy as a child in a candy store. I want to thank the clerk and suggest " Is there a way to be sure that these batteries are good from the beginning of the sale." I had to travel an hour away to get to the store where I purchased the battery from. Overall, I would say probably the batteries are a good buy, but the place where they were made let a "bad" one get by the process of quality inspection.

My old battery had worked fine for years, but it finally would no longer take a charge. This new battery worked as soon as I put it into my camera, and it works fine now! (It is much better to replace the battery than to have to replace the camera itself!)

I choose to purchase an extra battery as I didn't know if I would be in a location that would allow me to recharge the camera battery. I was glad to have the extra rechargeable battery so I didn't have to worry. I needed it several times on the trip.

Canon does not seem to carry that battery in stock anymore. I am pleased to find that Best Buy carried this replacement battery. The sales person in the area was able to find it right away and was very helpful in making the purchase convenient.

Great battery with long last battery life. Affordable price too

It is good to have a reliable spare battery. Although digital cameras "never run out of film," if you want to keep taking pictures, keep a charged spare battery handy.

This battery was a backup battery for a point and shoot camera. Although I gave it 5 stars - I think the price was slightly higher than what I thought a battery would be.
