works but with one fatal flaw

But the problem with it is you can't get the battery out. I have to take a pair of needle-nose pliers to grab the battery and pull it out. This is a really bad design flaw.

However, 1) it doesn't tell you how to insert the battery to actually charge it (you have to look for the lights to scroll in the battery outline) and 2) removing the battery can be quite difficult!
