I got this device to facilitate Skype calls made using my cell phone while traveling. The stand is exceptionally stable and well built. The light provides plenty of illumination. It is a very well designed piece of equipment!

really like that this can be 100% wireless. The light itself is rechargeable and has a battery indicator on the back. makes moving the light stand a breeze. provides great light if its about 18 inches away, and if the light is too intense, you can adjust the dimmer.

I appreciate the different options for warm/cool light and brightness. However, it seems like it is still putting a glare on my face; perhaps I just don't know how to position it properly. Good mounting options also; I use the stand, but I can see where using the clip would be a good option.

Good heavy base with a small footprint. Easy to assemble. A wide range of extensions allows for optimum height adjustments. Nice soft light with a great range of brightness. Good color temperature range.

I do a weekly Zoom meeting every Friday morning. My office desk is in a corner with horrible lighting. I try to use spots and a desk lamp to provide enough light for the meeting, but never get it good enough. So, when I got the chance to review the Digipower Achiever Expert Essential Meeting Kit, I was excited to try it out. First impression: My first impression of the Digipower Achiever meeting kit was that the quality far exceeded my expectations. I have seen quite a few kits like this one, and they were always cheaply made and lightweight. The base is cast iron and heavy. The post is made of strong aluminum and topped with a 360-degree ball head. The plastic accessories are strong and very well made. The springs in the mounts are very tight, yet open and close smoothly without giving to any side. This small desk-stand vlog kit is the same quality of a professional music stand or accessorized mic stand, and the head is the same quality as my DSLR tripod, just smaller. I am very impressed. Setup: The kit comes with the stand, the phone mount, the light mount, a remote light clip, a cold show adapter, a USB cable, and a setup guide. Putting it together is very simple. The phone mount seems like it might be difficult but mounted easily and locked in place. Following the guide has it put together in about 2 minutes. The LED Light: The LED light is the star of the show. It is small, lightweight, but very well made with features that rivel lights many times more expensive. It is charged with USB and has both micro-USB and USB-C ports. I don’t think I have seen this before with any camera accessory. The light has a brightness control that changes the brightness and color of the light. Performance: After setting it up, I did a few tests using my Samsung A21. I recorded video using each of the 3 colors of the light. Each color has its own purpose and changing the background light conditions showed this. Using the phone screen in real time, it was to see which color fits best. Then it was time for the real test. I took the light off the stand, charged it up, and connected it to the included light clip. I clipped it on top of my Apple MacBook Pro laptop, selected the cool light setting, and joined my weekly Friday Zoom meeting. Instantly everyone in the meeting commented on the “new” lighting. Some of these people I have never met face to face, and they said that they know how I really look for the first time. I have to say, the quality of the video stream was excellent with the LED lamp from this kit. On a 45-minute meeting, the battery level LED's went from 4 bars to 3 bars, indicating I have at least twice the time used. Conclusion: I like the Digipower Achiever Essential Meeting Kit. It is made of very high-quality parts, and the LED light displays great lighting and good colors. The operation of the stand and the LED light is very easy, and the addition of the 2 most popular USB ports for charging is a class act. If you do any online meetings or vlogs, I highly recommend this kit. It is great as a cell phone package, and as a stand-alone light. Don’t let the price fool you, this is a high-quality, expensive kit for a bargain price.
