    I purchased this item because I wanted an extra battery for the new camera I just purchased. The sales rep told me they don’t sell individual batteries, I would have to buy this charger. There was no extra battery. Instructions say no battery included. I live 255 miles from the store I got this from. The box had some damage to it. I knew they wouldn’t take it back so I settled with the fact I was stuck with something I didn’t want. I tried to use the charger. It had 3 pieces to insert to the charger. I couldn’t get one of the pieces out of the charger. My guess is I was sold a return item. So I didn’t get the battery I wanted and can’t use the charger as it is. Got screwed all the way around.

    Outstanding device..........easy to use and I love the meter that shows how much charging is needed to 100%. The adapter allows for different battery types and charging is fast.

    I purchased the product last minute because my battery wasn’t working. I’m so glad I found this product at Best Buy.. the product is great and charged my battery completely and it lasted the entire night of the event.

    Charges batteries for camera extremely fast. I also love it because you can charge the case itself and it will charge if you leave home and need a charging in the public. It’s easy to use and move around as well. It’s money friendly and will not cost as much as other products.

    Great charger for Canon cameras. It replaces two different ones I have. I like the percent charge indication too. USB out is a nice touch. Charges my batteries and can charge an external device, like my other camera.
