First time purchasing one....I would recommend nice

I like the sleek look and whisper quiet operation of the Crane Humidifier. I like the able to set the humidity level to what I want. I bought this on sale and was able to get reimbursed through my Flex Fund account so definitely a winner!

used this all winter season and it does a great job. like the fact that it tells you the humidity in the room as well as the room temperature. Also it is extremely quiet.

It does what it claims and so far so good. Easy to refile but which you can refill it from the top instead of taking it apart.

Most times after i put the water canister back it would work for a few minutes then constantly beep saying needs water. Took it back for a newer model Crane and the new one works great!!!!

I love this machine, i fill it every three days, wouldn't trade it in for the world, I'm sleeping much better now

Great running capacity up to 3 days running all night long. Had to return twice for missing remote

Unit is smaller than expected and would not meet our needs

I chose this humidifier to help keep the humidity at a healthy level in my home in Virginia Beach, VA during the winter months. Humidity is not a factor here in the late spring, summer, and late fall months. Great product for the price.

This is so weak it could not get the mist beyond the edge of the top of the unit so you end up with a puddle of water on the top of the unit nothing more, did nothing for the humidity level in room.

I bought this during BF sale and in this price range I could find this one with humidity control function.

This humidifier works great and looks fabulous. I wake up fresh!

Wound say water was empty, stop working and have an alarm go off in the middle of the night. Terrible!

We purchased the Crane humidifier after my son has had one with no issues for 10 years! What a mistake. My husband was on the phone with Crane help desk for almost an hour and still would not function. Big disappointment.

Not a fan of this at all! Purchased for my wife who has bad allergies. Def did not help at all. Used it for a week and stored it away. Hoping i can still return it

I have had a a few humidifiers, never had one from this manufacture but this one so far is both quiet and efficient. haven't had to clean it yet, but the process seems simple enough. I recommend it highly, it helps to keep the home air clean.

On dry days in LA, with central heater on,it only can maintain the humidity at ~40% in my bedroom less than 200 sq ft. at highest setting. When putting back the water tank, sometimes you have to keep lifting it up many times to let the water fill the base until the no water indicator to go away. It has a permanent filter I think only this n the white color model has.

I've been using this kind of tabletop humidifier for years, but I won't be getting another expensive one. This humidifier looks great and has some neat features, but is ruined by poor design. First, the remote control and digital hygrometer are nice to have and appear to work well. It does make the air moister too. A few bad points though. 1) This unit has an alarm for when it runs out of water. Please don't wake me up when you run out of water, just turn off and I'll deal with it in the morning. 2) The permanent mineral filter does a pretty good job of blocking the drain hole from the water tank to the main unit. Consequently, it runs out of water every hour, requiring a shake to get water to transfer from the tank. Because of point number 1) that meant an alarm every hour. 3) The tank filler hole is too small. I like to fill from the bath faucet, but that got water all over the tank. It also means that you can't get your hand or any kind of tool in there to clean it. 4) The black color means you can't see where the dirt/mould/deposits are in the tank, not that you could get to them (see point 3) 5) The outside is covered in that thin soft/furry rubber - and is a stain magnet, particularly hard water stains. Returned to the store, which they were great about, and swapped for another unit at about a quarter of the price. Also learned a lesson that the main considerations of a humidifier are how much it costs to buy and how easy it is to clean. This unit fails on both counts. Sorry Crane.
