    Got it for my 10 year old daughter who has foubd it very easy to use. Good size for her to take out as well without asking mommy to carry it.

    Screen was damaged because of temperature change. Could not return to store and manufacturer would not replace, wanted us to pay more to have it fixed than what was originally paid. Not to mention the manufacturers customer service was very bad waited on hold for over an hour then referred back to the website. WASTE OF MONEY. I do not recommend this tablet to anyone.

    After about a year of very light use the battery seems to have died on it. The screen freezes and then blackens slowly. It will not stay charged, and when I try to use it plugged in it will freeze up or the battery will lose power even while plugged in. If the warranty had lasted for 2 years instead of 1 I would have brought it back to the store and either returned it or asked for a new one…I would have preferred a different one.

    Good tablet for the cheap price. Does what it needs to do as long as you don't ask too much from it. I bought this for my grandmother who mainly uses it for viewing photos.

    I'm not sure if it was just mine or the whole lot of them but mine only lasted about a week without dropping it or anything. I had it plugged in And it just shut off. Not pleased
