It seems to be more of basic hand vacuum that are priced at half the price range. Plenty of attachments but do not see the use if suction is not good. Box arrived damaged when picked at store- but that is no big deal.

Posted .Hi dave! The 360 Reach Pro Bagless model has a cord. If you're experiencing a loss of suction this can be from the filter needing to be cleaned or changed. Please give this a try: Remove the filter from inside the dirt cup, then rinse and air dry for 24 hours. You should notice an increase in suction afterwards.
