This thing works really well. It picks up most stuff (90+%) on first pass. The swivel head is an incredible convenience. I did not think it would make much difference but it improves maneuverability exponentially. It doesn't hold a charge the longest time (maybe 10 min) but that's enough to do 800 sq ft or so. Stands in the corner to charge.

Purchased over a year ago just as a quick vacuum cleaner until big one could be unpacked. Guess what? It’s still packed as this one does a great job and very convenient and picks up well. Sturdy construction and filters clean easy and not hard to replace. Highly recommend you try it too!

Good vacuum does a good job use mainly on tile picks up everything

Not great, but not the worst I've used. I ended up also having to use a traditional vacuum after I used that every time. So, eventually I just got rid of it and used the regular vacuum.

This stick vac works really well on both hard floors and carpets! Both my sons purchased them before I did! Loved using theirs so I bought my own!!! Family favorite purchase!!!

My contractor told me to buy Dyson but cost lot of money, so I just bought this temporarily but it works just fine in my small apartment, bought four years warranty for few dollars. Good to go.

Gift for my daughter for her new house and she loves it. Has 2 cats along with wood floors and rugs & work very good on both surfaces.

We needed a sweeper for quick clean-ups (we have no dog). Something portable so we didn't always need to get out our Dyson. This sweeper fir the bill.

Very nice to have wireless feature. But, bad usage time, discharges so fast.

This cordless vac has trouble with even small particles on bare floors and the carpet brush barely touches the rug causing it to leave a lot of debris.

THIS PRODUCT DID NOT HOLD A CHARGE VERY WELL AND IT WAS ONLY THE FIRST TIME WE USED AFTER HAVING A THREE DAY CHARGE. IT ALSO DID NOT HAVE GOOD SUCTION. ITEM RETURNED TO THE STORE AFTER THE FIRST USE.

Unfortunately this cordless vacuum only lasted just after the warranty expired. The battery died & it totally stopped working

The most important thing to say is that I would--wholeheartedly--recommend this product, and without reservation. I would recommend it and I would buy it again, without hesitation. We always do thorough research before buying an appliance and I have to say that the customer and consumer agency reviews of cordless stick vacuums were more all over the map than any other item we'd researched in a long time. So it might be helpful to know more about how we use this in order to know if our opinion is relevant for your situation? If so, here are some facts: --We have lots of tile and lots of very dark hardwood floors, which show EVERY scrap of dirt. Also, the hardwood planks have little spaces in between, which catch every bit of dirt and need suction to remove (ie, the swiffers and dustmops don't get it out). --We have a long haired indoor cat who is generous in sharing his fur. Also, he sprinkles dry kibble, tosses catnip around and enjoys tracking kitty litter everywhere. --The light tile floors in our bathrooms make sure that all of the hair from our blowdryers shows up right away. --We have lots of area rugs, some woven/low nap, some looped, some deeper cut pile. --My graduate degree is in audiology, so noise levels are hugely important to me. and --I HATE CLEANING FLOORS. But: I'm delighted with this little cordless vac. Strong suction! particularly appreciate the fact that you can flip a switch to immediately go from roller brush for carpet to no brush for hardwoods and avoid scratching your wood and tile floors that way. The dirt catcher is easy to empty. It charges quickly and it's Energy Star rated (once battery is charged, it stops pulling much electricity; good for the environment and for the battery). As for noise: it's equivalent to my blowdryer. It's definitely not silent, but it's in no way too loud or painful. I have been pleasantly surprised by how well it sucks things up along the baseboards and in the corners under cabinets and I can get all the way back under most furniture because the profile is low and the pivoting head makes it very easy to get around table legs and whatnot. It's so light that I can easily lift it up to clean the windowseat cushions (kitty's favorite roost) and my carpeted stairs. In sum, if you use this tool for its intended purpose (quick touchups), I can't see why you'd be anything but delighted. It's not going to deep clean your carpets or run long enough on one charge for you to do large sections of your house. And obviously you can't leave the dirt basket and filter for several uses without emptying and still expect the suction to be there. But it's not intended to do any of that. This is what you grab to quickly tidy up a small area and for when you see the unexpected guest pull into your driveway. Has a two year warranty as well. Got this at Best Buy for a fantastic price. My husband says he fully expects to wake up in the middle of the night to find me vacuuming. Seriously. I have been transformed.

I love this vacuum. I have all hardwood floors with some area rugs, and 2 small children who are constantly walking around with food. This strong little vacuum picks up crumbs, hair, dirt, glitter,dust bunnies... Dont expect it to clean deep pile carpets. Easy to charge & empty. I can do my entire first floor (approx 1000 sq ft) before needing a recharge. It is a little loud, but all vacuums are. So much better than a dustbuster. Sucks things up really well.

Purchased for subsitute for our regular vacuum for cleaning thru the week. Picks up pet hair and cleans rug mats long enough on a charge. Keeps house clean till heavy cleaning on the weekend. Would recommend this vacuum over any other cordless. 15 amps also makes it strong enough to vacuum up litter too.

I have 2 long haired mixed Labs, and I vac DAILY to keep the furballs in check. The small vacs are best for daily......I had the smaller version for years, the Quick Power, 7.2 volt Dirt Devil, and LOVED it. When it's time finally came to be replaced, ( I cleaned the fur from the rotors, replaced the batteries, etc, to no avail, it was just SHOT ) I shopped around. In fact I actually bought a Shark and brought it home, but brought it back the very next day. It didn't compare with my little DD. So I shopped some more, and ended up with the Dirt Devil AccuCharge 15.6 volt, and am again Happy to Vac! It may be a few ounces heavier, but it's twice the suction, and has a charger stand, which the smaller version did not have. The filters and canister are identical to the smaller one, so I have 2 now...... I only regret it does not have a hose feature, for reaching the hard to find furballs!

I bought my Dirt Devil Stick over a year ago and I must say I am very happy with it. I have read some reviews that the charge doesn't last very long.....well, mine lasts for at least 20 minutes and I am able to vacuum all of the high traffic areas in our house. We have hard floors through out the house as well as a long haired dog so I like to try to stay ahead of all the "tumbleweeds" being created by her. Plus it picks up the silty dirt that is sometimes missed with a broom or dust mop. I also like the convenience of being able to clean the canister and filters. The odors are eliminated with just a quick wash with a cleanser and water. By the time my Dirt Devil has recharged, the canister and filters are dry and ready to go. My husband are going to purchase another one in the near future because we want one in our RV since we are putting hard floors in it.
