i love everything about it its the best one i have owned do far.

Bought this about two years ago, and still love it. I've had some pretty good luck with Dirt Devil, I still use my 90's Dirt Devil MVP upright in the basement. I bought this for my second floor; I like it so much that I find myself bringing it downstairs too! There is some hollow plastic here and there but I guess that is what makes it "featherlite." I find that this bag vacuum is better than more expensive bagless machines. So much less work with this Dirt Devil. No filters to constantly clean and replace. Just replace the bag when full! It does a great job on carpets, eating everything in its path, it's so so on bare floors. But seriously for $40 bucks! you can't go wrong. If you want a light machine to whip around the house when your doing your weekend cleaning, this is the one.

I purchased the same exact vaccum about 15 years ago and I can tell you this is a hard working vac. The old one still works great, I will just have to fix one of the wheels. I hope I can get the same years of usage out of this new one. I like the red color, I can tell the old one from the new one. Now I have a vac on both floors!
