Posted .Hi Chris! We want to help. If the suction and charge are weak, please try this: Unplug the charger from the wall for 10 minutes, and run the unit's battery down completely. Once this has been done, charge the unit for at least 24 hours. This should restore the battery to its full run time. This should also improve suction, but if it does not, please check the filter. Unplug the charger for 1-2 minutes. 2. Run the unit down until it completely dies. 3. Charge for a complete 24 hours. After completing you should receive the allotted run time for the unit. Posted .Hi thall! On a full 24 hour charge you can expect a run time between 8-10 minutes. A maintenance charge is recommended once a month.Try this: First, unplug the charger for 1-2 minutes. Next, run the battery until it completely dies. Lastly, recharge for a full 24 hours. If the suction is reduced, remove the filter and shake off excess debris.
