The suction could be a lot better. Charge seems to hold fine. Havent really left it off the charge long to experience that, works for small clean up, cant use in car which was the main reason of purchase

Posted .Hi there! We want to help. The nozzle has a locking feature, and in order to put it back into place, has to be pushed down from the top. If the suction has diminished, it may be that the filter may need cleaning, or replaced. We recommend replacing the filter after 6-12 months depending on usage. Sure, it opens, but things that are stuck (like oriental carpet fuzz) in there do not want to come out. I would not purchase again!

I have pets and I think it couldn't withstand the constant clogging from animal hair. This would work better for someone with minimal dirt in a small apartment.

I'd like to say it sucks, but in the vacuum world that would be a compliment. Eventually, it doesn't hold a charge for long. Calling support they had me reset by running it all the way down plugged in then recharging. Regardless, it does not perform well. I bought a Black & Decker then threw this one away. The B&D blows this away.
