Posted .Hi Steven! We want to help. If your unit is not holding a charge, please try this: Run the battery completely down, and unplug the charger for at least 10 minutes. Once the 10 minutes has passed, plug the charger and unit in and allow to charge for 24 hours. This should bring the battery back to 100% efficiency. Also in the beginning it seems to clean up small messes well until you're about four minutes into it and then all power and suction is completely decreased. You would have to change and empty the filter every five minutes. I do not recommend this at all.

Posted .Hi lilkisspie! If you are experiencing a low run time, please try this: Unplug the charger from the wall for 10 minutes, and run the unit's battery down completely.
