I thought this would get closer to the wall but it is not as close as I would like it. Also, the suction is so-so. I expected more. I had a different dirt devil over 10 years ago that worked better than this one. I'm not impressed.

No longer holds a charge

Posted .Hi there! The battery in your Gator 10.8V Cordless Bagless Handheld Vacuum should run between 8-10 minutes on a full 24 hour charge. Sometimes it’s necessary to reset the charger if you’re not receiving this run time. Please give this a try: 1.) Unplug the charger for 2 minutes. 2.) Run the unit down until it completely dies. 3.) Re-charge for a complete 24 hours. After the reset the unit should run for the allotted time. For optimum suction performance we recommend emptying the dirt cup and cleaning the filter after each use. Posted .Hi Raul! If you are experiencing a low run time, please try this: Unplug the charger from the wall for 10 minutes, and run the unit's battery down completely. Our hand vacs are designed to run 8-15 minutes after a full charge, so 30 minutes is actually pretty great. Posted .Hi Stitch89, maintaining your filter is the best way to keep your Gator picking up as it should. Open the dirt cup and check the filter. If it's dirty, rinse it under warm water and allow 24 hours for it to dry. That should get you up and running. Hope this helps!
