I've been looking for a small vacuum to use on the carpeted stairs and was thrilled when I found this Dirt Devil. It has great suction and is lightweight.

Bought this for the boat and liked the idea of the detachable hose. However, the way the hose attaches is not very good. The hose does not stay on if you move around. The vacuum is great besides the hose. The beater head and suction are great. With the long cord I am able to move around the entire boat while staying plugged into one outlet. Not having a bag is convenient and the basket is easy to empty. Bottom line. Don't buy this expecting to use the hose a lot.

Great for pet owner. Compact, light easy to use. Will recomend to my freinds.

Have been looking for a long time for a new stair cleaner and finally found this Dirt Devil. I've had this brand in the past and liked it. The cup is a bit small, but otherwise it is just what I wanted.

Perfect replacement for my old dirt devil which I used for stairs and furniture. Good size motor and beater gets stuck on dog hair without a problem

We got a corded model as we don't want to mess with batteries needing a charge when we want to use it. It works great on our beagle hair

Works great. Really picks up the pet hair. I bought it to do the stairs but, it works great on the furniture too.

Perfect for stairs and automotive use. Only drawback is the small debris trap, but I'll get over it.
