Design changed in every conceivable way
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.When I ordered this, Dirt Devil was no longer making the same design that was being advertised. That wasn't just the case for Best Buy - it was every vendor that carried it PLUS the manufacturer too! I even spoke to Dirt Devil corporate numerous times and all reps (with the exception of one finally) had no idea the design had changed. All vendors & Dirt Devil itself advertised with a photo of the product...that is, a photo OF THE OLD DESIGN! Dirt Devil totally changed the design in every conceivable way & kept the same model #. Crazy! I needed the features of the old design & ended up having to return the product to Best Buy. I never used it so I'm giving this rating on the manufacturer's stupidity and not on the current design's quality. The current photo is the one that I received.

Worst vacuum ever

Best choice for the money

Not for vehicles
