    Bought after Thankgiving, opened one month later to find out that the released cord does not work which did not rewind when push button and stuck there. Contact Dirt Devil customer support and been told they wil call back after 24hrs but it is almost a week and haven't heard from them. My grading on this product: worst vacuum ever bought and unresponsible customer service from Dirt Devil. Wish I could return to BestBuy to exchange but the label from Dirt Devil said do not return to store, contact 800 numbers. Duh

    This is perfect for what I need. It isn't top notch quality like dyson but for the price you can't beat this. I use this in a 2 bedroom apartment and it stores nicely. Besides having to order bags online - I really cannot complain.
