Two 70`s films here, with vastly different angles to explore... "Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry" is a tawdry 'Bonnie & Clyde'-esque crime drama/road trip movie whose best features are the acting talent.... and the cars! I won`t extol the virtues of the cast--it would take too long. I will, however say that this is the best use on screen for vintage Chevy Impala and a Dodge Charger other than the tv series 'Supernatural' and 'The Dukes Of Hazzard', respectively. This film was pared up with "Race With The Devil" due the the presence of Peter Fonda starring in both. There the similarities end. "Race With The Devil" is a tale of mounting terror. Two couples on a cross-country RV road trip and run afoul of a cult of Devil worshipers. They try to turn to law enforcement for help. They try to run away....But A NOOSE is inexorably tightening around them. The suspense in this is palpable, and the ending will leave a lasting chill in your mind. You will definitely remember this film if you ever take an RV road trip! Overall; Two Fonda-ly Remembered Films. The action and suspense never 'Peter' out!

dirty mary and crazy larry.What a great classic. this movie has car chase action with an awsome classic dodge charger. i saw the original release in the theater and have enjoyed it recently just as much. one of those classics that stick with ya. the end will blow ya away. ya don't see it comeing . race with the devils is also a suspense classic with a great car chase. in my opinion, not as good as the other but a welcome addition to the set.

Crazy Mary and Crazy Larry great car chases and stunt using American muscle cars the movie Race with the devil was also good but I bought this dvd for the other movie

Can't beat a classic! Peter Fonda is an underrated talent.

not a big budget feature, but has an certain appeal. the chase scenes are good, and it's just plain fun to watch.

2 great Peter Fonda films, the feature length car chase Dirty Mary, Crazy Larry, and the horror classic Race with The Devil. I just wish they were stand alone releases instead of a double feature so I purchase the out of print Anchor Bay versions which have the same transfers.
