This is a remake of the 1964 movie Bedtime Story with David Niven and Marlon Brando. Michaal Caine and Steve Martin were made for this movie, as well as the late actress Glenne Headley. The premise is based on two con artists who try to rob a wealthy socialite but find the target is them.

It’s a lazy day movie; a great Saturday afternoon flick

When I was 10 years old, I recorded this movie onto VHS from broadcast TV because I loved it so much. I recently found that old VHS tape, and it still played! When I saw this movie at Best Buy, I had to have it. It's a classic, imo.

Very funny performances from Michael Caine and Steve Martin. make Caine is a continental con-man that gives Martin's grifter a master class in sophistication, culture, European manners and running a big con. Best Buy selling this classic on Blu0Ray for only $5.99 is well worth it!

Dirty, Rotten Scoundrels is one of my all-time favortie movies. More and more, I am looking to movies made a number of years ago so that I can truly be entertained rather than disgusted. If you want a funny, harmless well-acted farce...try this one. You won't be sorry!! :)

This movie is a neat contrast in styles of the professional con-man and the amateur or jerk con-man. Recall that Steve Martin made a movie entitled "The Jerk". Next to the polished Michael Caine, the character played by Mr. Martin really stands out. A great movie!!

Everyone knows Steve Martin and comedy, but who knew Michael Caine could be so funny as the straight man! They are out to best the other as con men in the Riviera. Great fun! A twist at the end to boot! If you love comedy, this is for you!

This is a remake of an earlier version and trumps the original for multiple plot twists and excellent performances. The cinematography avoided the current trend of 2-second scenes, zooms, and sped-up action to make it a treat to watch.

For Steve Martin earlier films this is one of his best. Michael Cain was great. Best scene is wheelchair scene when Cain is testing his legs pain level. Could not stop laughing..hilarious...

Martin and Caine are superb in this movie. The script is a bit too long and some tighter editing would have helped. That being said Martin and Caine's complimentary performances dwarf any of these relatively minor flaws.

An older movie but still very entertaining for the family. We laughed throughout the entire movie. Of course with Michael Caine and Steve Martin how can you go wrong?

This is a classic comedy with 2 incredibly talented & very funny actors in their own right. If you have not seen in awhile I highly recommend.

Steve Martin, Glenne Headly and Michael Caine are wonderful in this movie playing con-men trying to swindle an American heiress out of money. Well worth the time to watch.

My dad had me watch this movie with him then I found it and bought it. Very funny, normally not my thing but this one is good

I haven't watched this movie in a long time. Yet it was still so funny as it was almost 30 years ago when it came out. Steve Martin at his best and even Michael Caine are both funny in this movie.

A good remake of the 1964 film Bedtime Story. Steve Martin and Michael Caine take over the roles originally played by Marlon Brando and David Niven. The two work well together using completely different comedy techniques.

Not a mile a minute action, but you are still caught up in the story and twists. Love the movie and the price for the blu-ray was too good to pass.
