    The motor for this item is way to small for it's intended use! We put brand new Duracell batteries in it and when you try to free hand the clay and put enough pressure to actually mold the clay the the wheel stops spinning. we had to use the preform cup to make a general shape spinning on the wheel then stop the wheel and free hand it the rest of the way. Don't bother with this product spend the 30 bucks and take your kids to a local pottery shop!
